I took an oath in 1994 to provide my clients with zealous representation. I take that oath seriously. The bottom line is that I fight. I do not back down. I do not bluff. I have no fear of taking a case to trial. I give my clients straight advice. I do not use fancy twenty-five dollar words on my website or in person. I do not pressure a client to take a "deal" he tells me he doesn't want to take. I am a trial lawyer. I defend ordinary human beings who are scared, alone and up against the formidable wealth and resources of the government.
I am a firm supporter of the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms. I have been a National Rifle Association Life Member since June 22, 1993. My practice is additoinally focused in firearms law to include education, purchase denials, criminal defense in self defense situations and domestic violence prosecutions.

Neither the name of this website nor any of its content is meant to imply that every case is winnable or should be taken to a contested trial. For some cases, effective negotiation can produce a better result for a client than a trial. The fact that I fight and am willing to go to trial for clients who want an aggressive defense does not necessarily mean that a given case can be successfully defended or that the desired result can be had.
